Artichoke & Crab Dip: Date Added: 26 Nov 2015

Ingredients

12 oz Crab Meat
8 oz Artichoke (sliced)
2 C Mayo
5 oz Parm/Rom (grated)
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 C Dry White Wine
2 1/2 Tbsp Blue Cheese shavings

Cooking Instructions

Layer Artichoke, Crab, and Parm
Pour wine over mixture
Layer Mayo, Cream Cheese, Blue Cheese
Microwave 3 minute (high)
Stir
Bake @ 350 until bubbly
Turn broiler on high and brown
