2 cups water
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
12 oz fresh medium prawns
2 stalks celery thinly sliced
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
2 tbsp flour
Combine water, seasoning, shrimp, and celery in stock pot. Cook uncovered on medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove shrimp and cool.
Whisk evaporated milk, milk, and flour. Add to liquid in dutch oven, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Peel shrimp, chop, add to soup and heat through.
