1 lb frozen pizza dough, thawed
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
6 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1 to 1 1/4 lb asparagus cut to 3 inch lengths
1 medium yellow squash
3 tbsp olive oil
5 large cloves garlic thinly sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Grease 2 15x10x1 inch baking pans. Cut thawed dough in half. Roll each piece into 15x10 inch rectangle. Press dough into buttered pans, pressing to side of pans. Prick dough with fork. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Melt butter, stir in flour, cook for 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in milk, cook and stir until bubbly and thickened, add parmesan, cook for 1 minute.
Spread sauce over bread, top with mozzarella and asparagus, bake until browned.
